Broiled Lobster Tail with Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients
For the Lobster:

2 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
For Garnish:

Lemon wedges
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven to broil and position the rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail down to the tail fin, avoiding cutting the meat. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat slightly, placing it on top of the shell.
Brush the lobster meat with melted butter mixed with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Broil the Lobster:

Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and the top is slightly golden and charred.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice, fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt. Remove from heat.
Plate and Garnish:

Transfer the broiled lobster tails to a white plate. Generously drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a bright, fresh touch.
Presentation Tips:

Aspect Ratio: 4:3: Highlight the glistening, golden lobster meat and the creamy garlic butter sauce in a detailed close-up.
Aspect Ratio: 16:9: Include the vibrant red shell, lemon wedge, and white plate for a full, elegant dining presentation.
This Broiled Lobster Tail with Garlic Butter Sauce is a luxurious, indulgent dish perfect for special occasions or an elegant dinner. 🦞✨🍋
