* Ingredients
+ For the Fish:
– 2 fish fillets (e.g., cod, tilapia, or haddock)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

+ For the Rice:
– 1 cup long-grain or wild rice
– 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
– 1/4 cup chopped onions
– 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

+ For the Broccoli:
– 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and black pepper to taste
