Baked Crab Cakes

Ingredients:
1 lb lump crab meat
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Olive oil spray
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, egg, and parsley. Mix gently to avoid breaking the crab meat.
Form the mixture into 8 small crab cakes and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Lightly spray the tops of the crab cakes with olive oil.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.😋😋
