Avocado, Egg & Veggie Salad Bowl

Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs (medium or soft-boiled) 🥚
1 avocado, diced 🥑
1/2 cucumber, sliced 🥒
A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
A handful of fresh spinach or arugula 🥬
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped 🌿
1/2 teaspoon paprika 🌶️
Salt and black pepper to taste 🧂

Steps:
