8 oz button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed 🍄
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 🧂
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿 (for garnish)

Prepare the Mushrooms:
In a mixing bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure the mushrooms are evenly coated.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Air Fry the Mushrooms:
Arrange the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender.
Serve:
Transfer the mushrooms to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
