Grilled Herb-Seasoned Shrimp

🍂Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried thyme
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🍂Instructions:
1.In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2.Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the marinade. Let sit for 20-30 minutes.
3.Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
4.Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they are golden brown and opaque.
5.Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
