Garlic Butter Stir-Fried Vegetables

A quick and flavorful veggie stir-fry perfect as a side or main dish!
🍂 Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
🍂 Step by Step:
1. Prepare the Sauce:
🔸Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Sauté the Vegetables:
🔸Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
🔸Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Cook the Veggies:
