🍂Ingredients:
– 1 lb (450g) large prawns, peeled and deveined 🍤
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil 🛢️
– 4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
– 1 inch ginger, grated 🥢
– 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce 🌶️
– 2 tbsp soy sauce 🍜
– 1 tbsp honey 🍯
– 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste) 🌶️
– 1/2 bell pepper, sliced 🌶️
– 1/4 cup green onions, chopped 🌱
– Optional: sesame seeds for garnish 🌾
🍂Directions:
1.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
4.In a small bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes.
5.Pour the sauce over the prawns and add the sliced bell pepper.
6.Stir well to coat the prawns and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
7.Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
8.Serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles for a delightful meal!
