Roasted Tomato Sauce

🍂Ingredients:
– 68 tomatoes, halved
– 4 garlic cloves
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp dried oregano or basil
🍂Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the halved tomatoes and garlic cloves on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes and garlic.
4. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and oregano (or basil).
5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and a bit caramelized.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
7. Blend the roasted tomatoes and garlic until smooth.
8. Use the sauce right away, or store it in the fridge for later.
