Spicy Pineapple Pickles

 

🍂Ingredients:
– 1 pound firm pineapple, peeled and cubed
– 1 cup apple cider vinegar
– 3/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon whole cloves
– 1 teaspoon ginger powder
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon allspice

🍂Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, water, salt, cloves, ginger powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and allspice. Stir until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.

2. Transfer the mixture to a clean jar or airtight container. Seal it tightly.

3. Refrigerate for at least 48 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

4. After 48 hours, your spicy pineapple pickles are ready to enjoy! They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
