Crispy Tortilla Chips with Guacamole & Salsa

🍂Ingredients:
– 2 cups tortilla chips
– 2 ripe avocados
– 1 lime
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp pepper
– 1 cup chopped tomatoes
– 1/4 cup diced onion
– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
– 1 lime (for salsa)
– 2 jalapeños
🍂Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
2. Bake the tortilla chips for 10-12 minutes until they’re crispy and golden.
3. While the chips are baking, prepare the guacamole. In a bowl, mash the avocados. Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime and add salt and pepper. Mix well.
4. For the salsa, combine the chopped tomatoes, diced onion, chopped cilantro, and the juice of 1 lime in a separate bowl. Stir to combine.
5. Slice the jalapeños into rings for a spicy kick.
6. Once the chips are ready, serve them warm with the guacamole, salsa, and jalapeño slices on the side.
