Honey Glazed Sausages

A sweet and savory one-pan meal thatβs packed with flavor and easy to make!
π Ingredients:
πΉ 4 sausages, sliced (chicken or beef) π
πΉ 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed π
πΉ 2 tbsp olive oil π«
πΉ 3 tbsp honey π―
πΉ 2 garlic cloves, minced π§
πΉ 1 tbsp soy sauce π₯’
πΉ Salt & black pepper (to taste)
πΉ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
π½οΈ Step by Step:
1οΈβ£ Roast the Sweet Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
2οΈβ£ Cook the Sausages:
In a large pan, cook the sliced sausages over medium heat until browned on all sides.
Remove and set aside.
3οΈβ£ Make the Honey Garlic Glaze:
In the same pan, sautΓ© garlic until fragrant.
Stir in honey and soy sauce, simmering for 1-2 minutes.
Add the sausages back to the pan, tossing to coat.
4οΈβ£ Combine & Serve:
Mix the roasted sweet potatoes with the glazed sausages.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
