🧄 3 garlic cloves (minced)
🌶️ 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
🍋 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
🫒 1/3 cup olive oil
🧂 1/2 tsp salt
🌶️ 1/4 tsp black pepper
