1 tablespoon honey ๐Ÿฏ

1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

For Garnish:

Chopped green onions

Sesame seeds

Lemon wedges ๐Ÿ‹

Directions

Prepare the Salmon:

Season the Salmon: In a bowl, season the salmon cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss gently to coat.

Set Up a Dredging Station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in a second bowl, and panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

Coat the Salmon: Dredge each salmon cube in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs. Press gently to ensure the breadcrumbs stick.

Fry the Salmon:

Heat the Oil: In a deep skillet or saucepan, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).

Fry in Batches: Carefully add the breaded salmon cubes to the hot oil in small batches. Fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan.

Drain: Remove the salmon bites using a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Make the Bang Bang Sauce:

Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and sriracha until smooth and creamy.

Taste and Adjust: Adjust the spiciness by adding more sriracha if desired.

Serve the Salmon Bites:

Drizzle or Dip: Serve the crispy salmon bites with a generous drizzle of bang bang sauce or as a dipping sauce on the side.

Garnish: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation. Serve with lemon wedges for a zesty kick.

Tips for Success:

Uniform Size: Cut the salmon into evenly sized cubes to ensure even cooking.

Keep Oil Temperature Consistent: Use a thermometer to maintain the oil temperature for perfectly crispy bites.

Serve Fresh: These salmon bites are best served immediately while theyโ€™re hot and crispy.
