Zesty Lime Mousse Cheesecake Delight

 

Ingredients:
– 1 cup crushed graham crackers
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 2 teaspoons lime zest
– 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Lime slices and zest for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.

8. Pour the lime mousse mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. For best flavor, chill overnight.

10. Once set, release the springform pan and decorate with lime slices and extra lime zest before serving.
