Full English Breakfast

 

Ingredients:

2 large eggs
2 pork sausages
2 strips of thick-cut bacon
1/2 cup baked beans
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 medium tomato, halved
2 slices of bread (for toasting)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Push to one side of the skillet to keep warm.
In the same skillet, add the bacon and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside with the sausages.
Add the mushrooms and tomato halves (cut side down) to the skillet. Sauté the mushrooms until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Sear the tomato for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat and crack in the eggs. Fry until the whites are set, leaving the yolks runny for a classic touch. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the bread slices until golden brown and butter them generously.
Arrange all components on a plate: sausages, bacon, fried eggs, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans, and toast. Serve immediately and enjoy your Full English Breakfast!
