Spicy Cheddar Jalapeño Crisps

 

Ingredients:
– 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh jalapeños (or to taste)
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika
– 1/4 cup almond flour
– Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, almond flour, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully combined.
3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out small amounts of the mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning!
5. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
