Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

 

Ingredients:
•⁠ 4 lobster tails (split in half lengthwise)
•⁠ 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
•⁠ 3 garlic cloves (minced)
•⁠ 1 tbsp lemon juice
•⁠ 1 tsp smoked paprika
•⁠ 1/2 tsp salt
•⁠ 1/4 tsp black pepper
•⁠ 2 tbsp fresh chives (chopped, for garnish)
•⁠ Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2️⃣ In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
4️⃣ Place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes, basting with more garlic butter, until the meat is opaque and lightly charred.
5️⃣ Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped fresh chives.
6️⃣ Serve hot with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
