Savory Crock Pot Beef and Noodles

Ingredients:
– 1 pound egg noodles
– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 pounds beef chuck roast
– 1 cup sliced carrots
– 1 cup sliced mushrooms
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Sear the roast on all sides in the hot pan until browned. This step adds delicious flavor!
4. Once seared, transfer the beef to your crock pot.
5. In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion, carrots, and mushrooms until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
