Snowy Bavarian Bliss Cake Delight

 

Ingredients:
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 3 large eggs
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
– Fresh berries (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together to blend.

3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Stir in the vanilla extract and mix well.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, mixing just until combined.

6. Carefully pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top.

9. Once the cake is cooled, carefully slice it in half horizontally. Spread half of the whipped cream on the bottom layer.

10. Place the top layer back and cover the entire cake with the remaining whipped cream.

11. Dust the top with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries for a colorful touch.
