Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Burger Patties
In a bowl, season ground beef 🥩 with salt and pepper 🧂. Divide into 8 equal portions.
Flatten each portion into a thin patty.
Place a spoonful of diced Gouda 🧀 and crumbled bacon 🥓 in the center of 4 patties.
