Snowy Gingerbread Bliss Bites

 

Ingredients:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
– 1/4 cup molasses
– 1/4 cup butter, softened
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 egg
– Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the egg and molasses until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
6. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Keep some space between each ball as they will spread.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are set.
8. Once out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar for that snowy effect before serving!
