Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, rice, steamed broccoli, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice mixture, stirring until well combined.
Transfer to the prepared baking dish, top with the remaining cheese, and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve warm for a comforting family meal!
