Pineapple Quick Bread

Ingredients
π° 2 cups all-purpose flour
π¬ 1 cup granulated sugar
π§ 1 tsp baking soda
π§ 1/4 tsp salt
π§ 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
π₯ 2 large eggs
π 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
π 1 tsp vanilla extract
π§ 1/2 cup buttermilk
Instructions
1. π Prepare the Batter: Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
2. π§ Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat butter, eggs, pineapple, and vanilla until well combined.
3. π Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk, until smooth.
4. π Bake the Bread: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
