Savor the Crunch

 

Ingredients:
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 1 cup sliced mushrooms
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
5. Drizzle in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sprinkle in the ground ginger. Mix well to ensure all veggies are coated.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
