1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions:
Prepare the Lobster:

If using live lobsters, boil them whole, but for lobster tails or claws, make small cuts along the shells for easier eating.
Rinse the lobster tails and claws under cold water.
Boil the Lobster:

Fill a large pot with water, add a generous amount of salt, and bring it to a boil.
Add the lobster tails and claws, and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque.
Remove the lobster from the pot and let it cool slightly.
Make the Butter Sauce:

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Stir in lemon juice, garlic (if using), and a pinch of salt.
Keep warm until ready to serve.
Plate the Lobster:

Arrange the lobster tails and claws on a large serving platter.
Add a small bowl of lobster meat (optional) for dipping or extra portions.
Garnish the platter with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Pair with the melted butter sauce and enjoy this luxurious lobster feast!
