Crunchy Sea Salted Praline Pecan Clusters

Ingredients:
– 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Allow the mixture to boil for 3-4 minutes, without stirring, until it reaches a golden caramel color.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly stir in the vanilla extract, sea salt, and chopped pecans until thoroughly combined.
5. Using a spoon, drop clusters of the pecan mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cluster.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving plate.
