Winter Fruit Salad

 

Vibrant and Fresh Winter Fruit Salad with Citrus and Pomegranate

Ingredients:

2 oranges, peeled and segmented 🍊
2 grapefruits, peeled and segmented 🍊
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 apple, thinly sliced 🍎
1 pear, thinly sliced 🍐
1/2 cup red grapes, halved 🍇
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 🌰
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup 🍯
Juice of 1 lemon 🍋
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Fresh mint leaves for garnish 🌿
Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the oranges, grapefruits, pomegranate seeds, apple slices, pear slices, grapes, and dried cranberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon.
Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
Sprinkle with walnuts if using, and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a festive touch.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled option.
