Cozy Chicken Vermicelli Soup Delight

 

Ingredients:
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup vermicelli noodles
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
– 1 cup carrots, sliced
– 1 cup bok choy, chopped
– 2 green onions, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
