Raspberry White Chocolate Dream Tiramisu

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of heavy cream
– 8 oz of mascarpone cheese
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– 1 cup of fresh raspberries
– 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
– 1/2 cup of white chocolate, melted
– 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur (optional)
– 1 package of ladyfinger cookies
– Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar together until soft peaks form.
2. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese and melted white chocolate until smooth and creamy.
3. In another bowl, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur, if using.
4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they’re soaked but not soggy.
5. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish.
6. Spread half of the white chocolate and mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
7. Top with half of the fresh raspberries, distributing them evenly.
8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, cream mixture, and raspberries.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to let the flavors meld.
10. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for a beautiful finish.
