Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Cauliflower:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
Roast the Cauliflower:
Spread the cauliflower mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through.
Add Cheese:
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted cauliflower, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Once done, remove the cheesy garlic Parmesan cauliflower from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
