Watermelon Fruit Bowl

Ingredients:
• 1 medium watermelon (seedless, if possible)
• 2 cups strawberries, halved
• 2 cups blueberries
• 2 cups green grapes, halved
• 2 cups pineapple chunks
• 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)
• Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
1. Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise. Use a melon baller or a spoon to scoop out the flesh, creating a hollow bowl. Set the watermelon bowl aside and cut the scooped watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon pieces, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and pineapple chunks.
3. Squeeze the lime juice over the fruit and toss gently to combine. If desired, add chopped fresh mint for a refreshing twist.
4. Transfer the mixed fruit into the hollowed-out watermelon bowl.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
