Delicious chicken rice bowl with veggies and sauce

 

Ingredients:
🍚 Rice (cooked)
🍗 Chicken breast or thighs
🥒 Cucumber (diced)
🥕 Carrots (julienned)
🧅 Green onions (sliced)
🍯 Teriyaki or soy-based sauce
🛠️ Seasonings: salt 🧂, pepper, and oil 🛢️
Steps:
Cook the Rice: 🍚🍲

Rinse and cook rice in a rice cooker or pot until soft and fluffy.
Prepare the Chicken: 🍗🔥

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Pan-fry or grill until fully cooked and golden. Slice into strips.
Prepare the Veggies: 🥕🥒

Dice cucumber, julienne the carrots, and slice green onions. Serve raw or lightly sauté the carrots for a softer texture.
Assemble the Bowl: 🥣🍚

Add a scoop of rice to a bowl. Arrange chicken slices, cucumbers, carrots, and green onions on top.
Add the Sauce: 🍯✨

Drizzle teriyaki or soy-based sauce over the chicken and rice.
