Grilled Chicken with Balsamic Glaze

 

Tender and juicy grilled chicken breasts, topped with a delicious balsamic glaze and fresh parsley—perfect for a healthy yet flavorful meal!

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗
2 tbsp olive oil 🧴
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 🍇
2 tbsp honey 🍯
Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿

Instructions:
Prep the chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill the chicken: Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Make the balsamic glaze: While the chicken is grilling, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens into a glaze.

Finish the dish: Once the chicken is cooked, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the chicken breasts. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
