Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Shells Delight

 

Ingredients:
– Large pasta shells
– Ground beef
– Marinara sauce
– Shredded mozzarella cheese
– Ricotta cheese
– Minced garlic
– Italian seasoning
– Fresh basil
– Salt and pepper
– Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and let it cook for an additional 2 minutes for the flavors to meld.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with ricotta and half of the mozzarella cheese.
5. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let them cool slightly.
6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
7. Stuff each shell with the beef and cheese mixture, then place them in the baking dish, open side up.
8. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle them with the rest of the mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
9. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
11. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
