Seafood Pasta with Salmon Shrimp Scallops and Lobster

Ingredients:
For the Seafood:

2 salmon fillets
8 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 sea scallops
1 lobster claw, cooked (optional, for garnish)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Pasta:

8 oz spaghetti or linguine
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Garnish:

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:

Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Seafood:

Season the salmon, shrimp, and scallops with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and scallops. Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side and scallops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce:

Lower the heat to medium and melt 2 tbsp butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:

Add the cooked pasta to the creamy sauce. Toss to coat evenly and heat through for 1–2 minutes.
Plate the Dish:

Arrange the pasta on a large serving plate. Place the seared salmon on top, followed by the shrimp, scallops, and lobster claw (if using).
Garnish:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and lemon zest for a fresh and vibrant finish.
Tips:
Add Vegetables: Include spinach, cherry tomatoes, or asparagus for added flavor and nutrition.
Flavor Boost: Deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine before adding the cream for extra depth.
Lobster Option: If you’re using raw lobster, steam or boil it separately before adding it to the plate.
