Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cake Batter:
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in grated carrots and pecans.
2. Bake the Cake:
