𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
⅓ cup butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
8 oz white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
½ cup sour cream
1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
Topping & Garnish:
½ cup blueberry jam
Whipped cream, for garnish
Fresh blueberries, for garnish
Mint leaves, for garnish
𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Make the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
3. Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by melted white chocolate and sour cream.
4. Add Blueberries: Gently fold in fresh blueberries. Pour the batter over the crust.
5. Bake: Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edge to loosen. Cool for 1 hour and refrigerate overnight.
6. Add Toppings: Before serving, spread blueberry jam over the cheesecake. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh blueberries, and mint leaves.
