Jumbo Shrimp in Butter Garlic Sauce
✅️Ingredients:
• 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 4 tbsp butter
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup white grape juice (non-alcoholic substitute for white wine)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
• Lemon wedges (for serving)
✅️Instructions:
1. Prepare the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the Garlic: In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
3. Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink and are just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
4. Make the Sauce: Add white grape juice and lemon juice to the pan, bringing to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to reduce slightly.
5. Finish the Sauce: Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted and the sauce is smooth. Return the shrimp to the pan, tossing to coat in the sauce.
6. Serve: Serve the shrimp with the butter garlic sauce, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
Notes:
• This dish pairs well with pasta, rice, or a fresh green salad.
• For an extra kick, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
