Ingredients:
– 12 slices of cheese
– 2 eggs
– 12 slices of bread
– 100 ml of milk
– 6 slices of ham
– Pinch of salt
– Additional cheese for topping
Instructions:
1. Start by whisking the eggs in a bowl. Add the milk and a pinch of salt to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes.
3. Lay out 6 slices of bread on a clean surface. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each.
