Spinach, Feta and SunDried Tomato Egg Muffin Cups

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
– 10 large eggs
– 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin to prevent sticking.
