GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER TAILRECIPE
❗Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/4 cup melted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
❗Instructions:
Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before you reach the fin. Gently lift the lobster meat through the slit and lay it on top of the shell.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the Lobster with Garlic Butter:
Arrange the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a brush to coat the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake the Lobster Tails:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and has a slight firmness to it.
Serve and Garnish:
Once cooked, garnish the lobster tails with fresh parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges for a zesty finish.
