Creamy Spinach Artichoke Delight

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips or baguette slices for serving
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth and creamy.
3. Carefully fold in the drained spinach and chopped artichoke hearts.
4. Add in mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes (optional), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
7. Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or baguette slices.
