Baked Cheesecake and Yogurt

🍂Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
Fresh fruit or fruit compote (optional, for topping)
🍂Preparation:
1.Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add the yogurt, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, heavy cream, flour, and salt. Beat until well combined and smooth.
4.Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
5.Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
6.Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
7.Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
8.Top with fresh fruit or fruit compote before serving.
