Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine pasta π
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced π
2 cups heavy cream π₯
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
2 tablespoons butter π§
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
1/2 cup chicken broth π²
Salt and pepper to taste π§
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) πΏ
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
SautΓ© Garlic and Chicken:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant. π§π§
Add the chicken slices and cook until golden and no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer. Reduce heat and let simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. π§π§
Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Add the cooked fettuccine and toss with the Alfredo sauce. ππ₯
Slice the cooked chicken and lay on top of the pasta. π
