𝑮𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑩𝒖𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒌 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒚 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒃 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒂

Ingredients:
For the steak:
– 2 ribeye steaks
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper, to taste
For the pasta:
– 8 oz (225g) pasta of choice
– 1/4 cup butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, and chives)
– Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. For the steak: Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the seasoned steaks to the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Baste the steaks with the garlic butter while cooking.
4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
5. For the pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
6. In the same skillet used for the steak, melt 1/4 cup of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
8. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the sliced garlic butter steak alongside the cheesy herb pasta.
